Pricing Model
Our pricing is designed to align our incentives with your success. We only win when you close deals.
Investment
Monthly Retainer: $6Kâ$10K per senior-level rep
Commission: 10% of ACV on closed deals
The retainer covers strategic execution, system documentation, and weekly reporting. The commission ensures we are focused on closing deals, not just generating activity.
Engagement Structure
Foundation Period: The first three months are dedicated to building and validating your sales system. We diagnose, design, execute, and document the entire motion.
Month-to-Month: After the foundation period, the engagement becomes month-to-month with no termination fee. You can continue scaling with us or take the system in-house.
Knowledge Transfer: You own the playbook. When you are ready to hire and manage your own team, we provide full handoff documentation and training.
